PricewaterhouseCoopers & Associados, SROC, Lda. as well as the partner that represents the External Auditor has been carrying out that role for the Company since 24^th April 2025.

The former External Auditor, Ernst & Young Audit & Associados, SROC, S.A. carried out that role for the Company for eight years.
